Anyone have this? I recently got a red spot on my face that looked like an emerging pimple but turned into a dark red dot slightly bigger the pen dot. Very apparent on my pale skin.. It's been a week and not fading. I have vacation planned and don't want to keep worrying until I can see derm. Anyone have this and it just be a popped blood vessel or something? Any reassurance would be appreciated!
