Worried about whiplash

Earlier today at around 5pm I was rear ended while stopped at a traffic light. Although my head and neck didn't really move I'm worried that I might have gotten whiplash and messed up my neck for life.

Many years ago I had the same thing happen. Believe me, you'd know if you suffered whiplash!

Thanks. My head and neck honestly did not jolt forward that much in the accident.

I've had whiplash twice and as fishman says, you'd definitely know if you had it.
