Shaking weird hands after house work??

Does anyone find their hands shake quite a lot after house work!
I vacuumed and then I suddenly had a weird twitching my thumb, hung out the washing - my hands felt stiff, if I do the dishes and wipe the walls, I'll have shaking hands - am I really that weak!?
Or is it anxiety mixed in with tension in muscles which is where my logical brain is leading me.
Anyone else find they have shaky hands after seemingly benign house work chores!!?

My hands shake all the time I don’t think any of it tbh normally just means I’m hungry

I used to get this after I had been in the workshop, I think it’s just the tension in the all the little muscles in your hands. Nothing to worry about, but I agree it feels weird.
