Worried I have given myself tetanus

Hi there, I'm in a long distance new marriage and are pretty young and dumb, we thought it would be romantic to stick a safty pin into our finger and draw blood to show what we can do for love over video call, I now remembered oh shit. I have health anxiety.

I couldn't push it in enough to draw any blood, maybe a tiny bit from my fingers but even though I pricked as much as I could did not cause any blood to come out, however my wife was successful and I'm worried for her too.

I'm now concerned we gave ourselves tetanus, I just googled the symptoms. Now I am freaking out because there's no cure and symptoms can cause seizures, help.

Okay. Firstly, there was no blood, so don't worry.

Secondly, I do a lot of work involving beading needles. On average, I stab myself hard enough to draw blood every other day. For years. I am still yet to contract tetanus.
