This site is a must for anyone suffering from anxiety , depression, ocd ect.
Its much more in depth compared to moodgym.
Is there anyway this can be kept as a sticky to help others ?
Just had a very quick look and it does look great Mirry.

There is also a DVD version of the website available, you can watch it online for free, or if your resident in Scotland you can get it for cost plus postage (Under £5). from the site, if your in England Wales or Ireland, its on Amazon.
This is because the DVD production was funded by the Scottish NHS.
