Heart pain and anxiety

Hi! Does anyone else feel a physical pain in the heart while being anxious?

It will probably be the chest muscles.

If you stretch and reach back, opening your chest up, do you get the same pain?
If you do, then you know it’s just the muscles and can relax about it?

Thank you! It helps but some of the pain is still there. I am wondering if the heart could be connected to our feelings in a physical way.
