Yawning, sighing all the day and air hunger? Anyone else relate?

Hi All,
I've had a terrible amount of anxiety over the last 5 months, it's all piled up and I thought I was getting on top of it but I'm not!
I went through muscle twitching thinking I had the dreaded three letter word, and now I've got air hunger! I keep needing to sign and yawn - so I googled excessive yawning and it comes up with the dreaded bulbar three letter word!!!

Seriously I can't win, I keep focussing on my breath, trying so hard not too but I can't help it and then I keep feeling like I need to take a deep breath, which leads to yawns, which leads to panic.
Anyone else relate?

I also just realised I have a scalloped tongue as well OMG why is everything pointing to neurological disease? Is scalloped tongue a symptom!?

I had this up until about 3 weeks ago, and then it just stopped on it’s own.

I didn’t do anything special, apart from just keep an eye on my posture a bit when I was stood up.
