I thought I'd sign up to be amongst people who understand what I'm going through.
I'm a 29 year old woman from the UK with panic disorder and severe thanatophobia. Most recently I've have a breakdown and been diagnosed with depression too. I'm about 2 or 3 months into the breakdown. On an anti-depressant and in CBT, the latter of which isn't really helping to be honest.
I've become agoraphobic as a result of my existential fears and death anxiety as I'm very depersonalised and feeling absolutely hopeless. I think every action is my last and believe I've developed OCD through trying to find that magic answer or some comfort.
