Remote-controls in the fridge

I've had a memory worry for ages now, alzhimers or brain tumor. I'd been managing well and then today I found I'd out control's in the fridge and don't remember. I have been cooking dinner and putting wardrobe together and tidying but no idea when or why I put controls in fridge.

I can't think straight. I'm panicked.

I’m 24 and I think once a month I do things like this. I’ve never really thought anything of it. One time found my phone in the fridge.

Sometimes I just think it’s the anxiousness of ourselves that makes our mind run crazy enough to make us do things like this.
