I am very anxious right now and panicking and my pulse usually is very strong in these situations but it's very weak now and I must press harder to feel it. I had a feeling that my heart is weak, I can't explain and that's why I've checked my pulse.
I had a huge fight with a guy I've been talking to online for a few months and I don't know if it's related, also my mom is in hospital and I am stressed about my knee that won't heal because I fell on Monday and all these things combined make me feel like my whole world is crumbling and I can't rely on anything or anyone.
I took a xanax an hour ago, I take it regularly and I am afraid that my heart is collapsing because of that.
My problem is usually the strong pulse and a fast heartbeat so this is even more worrisome. I can't stop checking my pulse.
Ok, I've been counting it and since I've been panicking it's 80 but it's so weak when I press my fingers on my neck. I am going crazy.
It's 68 now and that is unusual for me, I have a faster hear rate.
