Pain right chest/pec

Hi all

I have been having pain in said location since Saturday, Mainly on movement.

I am fairly confident it is just muscle pain, but Health Anxiety has kicked in and I’m in panic mode.

I am so close to going to A and E in case it’s serious 😭

I think if it is mainly in movement you are right it probably is muscular.
You may have just moved in a funny way and pulled something.
I think if it was anything awful it would of got worse by now.
