phone phobia?

hi all

never seen any thread for this and wondered hwo many people have a phobia of talking on the phone?

i know its silly and not many people understand but i know i am not the only one who finds this difficult.

i was jst wondering other peoples views on it and if there is a way to stop being so scared of it? :shrug:

i hate talking on the phone, it makes me really anxious...
i have got better over the years and it is a little better if someone rings me but i dont like to ring others...
i know what you are saying and it does sound daft but its no different from any other phobia as it is very real to us
some phone calls we have to make and i get really nervous...
so i just wanted to say i understand as im sure many others will but afraid no advice to give
