Hi all I’ve been have a really awful time with anxiety I wake up every day convinced it’s going to be my last and a massive heart attack is waiting for me 18 months again I was on 150 mg sertraline and was feeling quite numb and flat so was changed to escitalopram 5mg and for a while was doing ok then I started with some urology issues which sent my health anxiety into overdrive and had the escitalopram increased three times and am now on 20 mg but am still suffering badly the urology stuff is pretty much sorted but the anxiety is getting worse I suppose I’m wondering if going back to the sertraline will help? Is it better to be flat and unfeeling than spending each day thinking I’m about to die and words of wisdom would be appreciated xx
