its that time again

hello, am new to the site...infact never been on a site, does it show? ha ha. Am suffering panic attacks again, after being free from them for seven years. Am certain its pmt related, and always worse when im trying to sleep. Am i alone in having nighttime panic attacks...help:weep:

Have had a good look around the site and think its going to be a great help, and im stunned at how supportive and open you all are, never told a soul about my anxiety untill recently, have my foot on the run of a very long ladder...but hey im on the ladder!!
