Hi there folks. I have a weird thing going on that freaks me out. When I’m starting to wake up, and I lie there trying to get back to sleep, my throat just does this automatic swallow thing! I don’t initiate it, just the mechanism of a swallow happens! Startles me and then wide awake! Anyone else? It’s weird
