My mom is visiting and it’s just a grand reminder of how she gave me health anxiety. My daughter woke up with a sore throat and stuffy nose today and then she threw up once, which is rare for her. I was like - oh, probably a fluke from mucus or something - but my mom immediately said when you have vomiting with other symptoms like that you need to watch for meningitis. Eye roll. I know that’s irrational. But I’m just so annoyed to even have that energy in my house right now! I’m one month from the bar exam and already on high alert for illnesses!
