Foot Twitching near side, left toe 24/7 - RABBIT HOLE

Hi Guys!
Has anyone had your foot twitching 24/7?
I have this new developed twitch develop, I am a twitcher.
It's in my left foot, on the side near my left toe and its' going crazy.
Normally my twitches don't last long - 24 hours has been the longest but this is still going and it's been over 24 hours and I'm freaking about about ALS!
I've just tried booking a time in with a neurologist, and a DR just to get piece of mind but I'm freaking out that I may not get that piece of mind but this is the start of something dreadful.

Anyone else had twitching in their foot this long and constant ... like it lets up for maybe 1-2 minutes at a time but comes back!!!

I'm really scared.

The arches of my feet are always twitching. And i actually do mean always. If i watch them i can count multiple fasics within a minute. It used to terrify me but ive got used to it now and also learned its quite common

Thank you! This is a new one for me / I can even see it when I don’t feel it which freaks me out!! But I’ve had a really stressful time so hopefully it’s that. Hopefully

My feet twitch like crazy. If I watch my foot while laying down my toes just randomly move and the same part of my foot you’re describing twitches all the time. It’s not constant through the day but it’s been consistent for years. I’ve had other twitches that are nearly constant though for days. And then they go away.
