Hi,
For the past months i've been feeling short of breah a lot. The last few days i noticed i felt out of breath when walking up some stairs.
I did see the doc about it a few weeks ago, but all they did was listen to my heart/lungs, they said all seemed fine.
I'm 34 years old and not overweight. I never get chest pains just shortness of breath and i also feel dizzy a lot.
How do i know if it's anxiety or something wrong with my heart?
The shortness of breath seemingly being more after walking stairs got me worried, but i don't know if it's just cus i'm focussing on it.
