Weak urine flow- male

For the last 3-4 days I have had a weak flow and bloody googled! I strained quite a lot the other day (sorry for tmi) and logic tells me that may have caused it but now I have googled I am worrying. Has anyone else had this

also the area in the pubic area is still a bit swollen, I am obseesed with feeling it to see if it has gone down. So much so that i do not know if it's even meant to be raised a bit. Now I am thinking that could be connected tot he urine flow and worrying even more
