Kalms

I have been taking Kalms for the past 2 years. They really help me. Now I read that you can’t take them long term and I am in a panic. Tried stopping them and slept badly. So now worried I am addicted to them. I only take 2 tablets at night. I think you are allowed allowed 6 a day. You guys think I can take them indefinitely? Thanks

Hi there ..

Hate to say it, but I did try various versions of valerian (tea and pills) and they didn't help me much; but everyone is different, and what doesn't work for some *could* work for others. If you're not already on medication you could always give it a try I suppose. If you are on medication I'd run in by your physician to avoid side-effects. Please keep us posted either way.
