Hi Guys

Back story is I've experienced twitching since 2018 (not continuously but that's when I first noticed them). Had hot spot twitches for prolonged periods (eye lid twitch lasting 3 months on 2 occasions and various body twitches lasting weeks) but generally it would be a pop here and there.

Anyway had a stomach twitch now for a month now. With the Twitching I'm not as worried as I used to be anymore being that I'm a regular gym goer and my strength is actually the most it's been. I know the likelihood of it being sinister is small but it's still annoying lol.

I'm not a great sleeper either so I know that probably contributes( although that's getting better). Is ther anything people can suggest that stops the twitching? electrolytes and magnesium hasn't worked so far.

There's not really a remedy as such for twitching.
It's mainly rest and taking away any stress factors.
It normally rights itself of it's own accord. Sometimes it goes in a day, other times you can have for long periods of time. Don't pay any attention to it, I know that's difficult but if you respond with fear it only fuels it.
