New here and anxious

Hi I've been suffering with anxiety for 6 weeks now. I was put on 50mg sertraline and given propranolol 10mg to take when needed. After 3 weeks I started to feel better then last Saturday I had a rolling panic attack for 2 hours and the propranolol didn't help nor any techniques. Since this attack I have constantly been on edge, irritable, agitated, daily anxiety attacks mild and severe, not sleeping properly, not eating properly and no motivation. The GP increased my sertraline to 100mg on Friday and put me on propranolol 10mg 3 times a day but no help. I am beyond fed up. The GP just wants to give pills which don't work or make me feel worse and I can't have any counselling due to the long waiting list. I've tried all different techniques they suggest but I'm stuck in the worst rut
