Travel messed my period - normal?

It is Wednesday, my period was due on Sunday. It is very regular 25/26 day period. I had spotting Monday then nothing, spotting Tuesday nothing else until evening then nothing else. This morning (Weds) there was brown old stuff when I properly wiped. I've traveled from UK to Turkey. I had been anxious about the flight but I'm now more anxious my period is whacky. I'm 33, no birth control or anything.

From my experience I think travel can mess with your cycle. It’s a form of stress. I’ve also had it be a few days late with spotting. I don’t think you have anything concerning going on.
