Swept up mouse and rat poop in a RV (Hantavirus scare)

I’m pretty terrified here. My family i went out to get our camper out of storage and I noticed lots of mouse/rat droppings on the floor, so I swept it up. I didn’t know what I was doing was stupid until my wife mentioned mouse dander and I googled it and instead found hantavirus. I live in Iowa and there’s been 12 cases, so it’s pretty rare, but those cases happen because people do the exact same dumb thing I just did. I could really use some help on this one. I don’t think I’ve ever panicked this much.

I did the same thing as you not thinking. I worried myself sick for days scared I was going to die. Everything turned out fine. I know its hard not to worry. I'm sure you're are fine. It's so rare.
