Hello all,my name is celia im 21 years of age an i`ve been suffering with panic attacks for three years! Really glad i found this website because i thought i was the only person in the world suffering from these attacks i felt totally alone!Im very shy but would love to talk wiv other people who have the same issues as me maybe then i`ll understand it more an feel like im not going insane..................hope 2 hear from u all soon:blush:
