Hi eveyone,

My name's Kat, I'm from the UK and this is my first official post! I stumbled across you whilst searching the net for panic disorder info. and you all seemed very friendly and helpful so thought I'd take the plunge and sign up :)

I've suffered from a panic disorder and on/off depression since I was in my early teens (am 24 now), although I had my first panic attack when I was 8, so think things had been brewing for a while!
