First appointment with therapist

Hi all,

Just wanted to share that I got a phone call from MIND earlier this evening and I have my first appointment with my therapist on Saturday.

Really pleased, I'm sure I'll be nervous nearer the time but things are moving along :)

Good luck and make sure you keep a diary so you can see how it helps etc.
