results help needed please

Please can some one help me out here ,,

Just phoned my gp to get my "Stool sample results" and the nurse told me I need to come in to see the gp tomorrow, she said it says I have
Negative gut antibodies ???

what does this mean exactly , cos she wouldnt say .

you know ive looked it up an think its normal , so why is she telling me to come in to see the gp o discuss the result ?

I dont want to go in to see the gp again , if its just ibs then i will deal with it.

I don't know why lovie cos I don't really know what it means - it is like the good bacteria bad bacteria thing. Or being antibodies is that something quite different.

I will be most interested to hear and specially if he recommends anything to do with dietery changes.
