I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this.
For the last 3 days - on and off - I have been having spasms running up my back from the lower back right up to the back of my shoulders. It's not a sharp pain - more like a muscular spasm that ripples upwards. Feels a little like rising trapped gas.
I haven't been doing anything strenuous the last few days so I can't think where it is coming from.
Any ideas anyone - and how can I calm it down? It's driving me mad and I can't relax!!
