i go to my counsellor, and she said about affermations, basically i talk to myself, when ever i can, out loud or in my mind, i write them don, i have them on my fridge and my mobile phone. i basically repeat, "I am calm, happy, safe and in controle" and bloody hell it works, i had a great sleep, i stay really positive, yeah sometimes, i think who the hell am i kidding. positive thinking works.
