Sorry if this has been discussed elsewhere.
I am curious to know whether anybody noticed whilst withdrawing from Citalopram that their normal exercise tolerance levels where reduced.
I have been of Citalopram for nearly a fortnight now after taking 10 mg for 4 months and 5 mg for one month then stopping.
The past couple of months I have got back in to my running and playing football after overcoming the fear of exercise.
Most recently I have been running 6 miles 3 times a week and doing it at a good pace.
Today however was a different story I went for my run and it was unbelievably tough. I felt so lethargic and like I was running through treacle. I was getting the horrible electric shock type things along the way to.
I am just wondering whether anyone noticed their fitness was affected during withdrawal?
