Hi,
Does anyone else with heart problems take statin drugs ?
I know they cause horrible side effects anyway but I've also heard that they can cause stress and anxiety.
Does anyone know of any natural ways of lowering cholesterol, I've tried all the statins and fibrates and they all cause horrible side effects.
My diet is good, I've cut out all diary products and fatty foods.I never add sugar to anything yet my cholesterol is about 8.4 when not taking statins,I weigh about 9st 7lbs,haven't smoked in 8 years.I'm also taking Mini Aspirin,Ramipril and Slozem for slight angina and tachycardia ,mostly stress related.
