Hey every1, I'm new to all this so be gentle. I'm a nice lad from the north-east and I don't bite so please don't be shy.I have social phobia which I've had since I can remember. Am trying CBT and would love some new friends who understand what I'm going through and in return get a good supportive friend back. Bye for now x
