Good News Today !

Hi All

Just thought i would share my good news with you all today.:)

My home which as been on the market since the begining of the year finally sold a couple of weeks ago, and today after a offer we had put in on a lovely home which i had fallen in love with as finally been accepted.:yesyes: :yesyes:

I just wanted to share my good news with you all, as i was thinking of it as a new start after all those years of been trapped in the home i am in now as i have so many bad memorys here.

Im all excited about a house move and just wanted to get it off my chest.lol

Great news, Andrea!

Our house went on the market in October last year and we finally moved in July this year! We actually sold our house 3 times before it finally all went through :ohmy:

Dahling hubby also collects Bacardi bottles - full ones and empty ones lol !! Did you know there are 25+ flavours of Bacardi ???

Hi

Well today the worst news that could happen, after paying survey fees, solicitors costs etc the people who where selling us our dream home have pulled out and decided they dont want to move!:ohmy: , spent most of the morning on the phone trying to sort things out and im gutted.:weep:

Looks like its back to the drawing board.:shrug:

Today the estate agents contacted us to inform us the people who where selling thier house and let us down have offered to pay half the survey costs and are very sorry for the inconvienience. the survey was £600 so £300 is better than nothing.:) so at least thats better news.
