Whats Wrong With Me?????

Hi all,

I feel horrible today. I feel really really wierd like light headed and its as if im going to faint. I have stomach ache, headache, really shaky. Im at work but just cant concentrate thats why im on here. I also feel like a burning sensation inside and i keep getting really hot.

Sounds like flu to me. People are always ill this time of year theres so much going around. Get yourself some beechams and ride it out..
