The bodily symptoms that you are getting are quite normal with anxiety. It is also very normal to worry about them.
Try to ignore them. That sounds difficult doesn't it, and it is. Get on with something, let the feelings come and try not to take any notice of them. Let your body sag (that's Claire Weekes' advice) but most important do something different. Good luck. Yvonne
