What would be the best time of day to take the daily dose? Just wondering in case it would make me drowsy - or would that last all day anyway?

Hi

I used to take it in the evening, just in case, it did help me sleep I think, but that was when I'd just started taking it. Once it's really established in your system (usually around 6 weeks) you really shouldn't feel any notieable effects anyway.

Take mine in the morning, Every medication has a "half-life" but with Sertralines it takes 23 hours to get out of your system. Unlike prozac that takes 7-14 days. If it makes you drowzy you can take it at night. But if it doesn't take it in the morning.
