Hi, does any one else here have a wheat intolerance or not eat food containing wheat. I was just wondering what food you have found that you can eat. I am wheat intolerance and am finding shopping for food night mare. I am at the moment buying some wheat free items from tescos and then the frozen wheat free bits from sainsburys. I have also found a few things that i can eat that are what i call normal food, but dont contain wheat.

Because i also have two young children , i find that shopping takes me along time, as i have to check most labels. Having to buy to different types of food. Have you found any food that you can eat ok?

Any suggustions would be greatfully received.

Hi Shinney

My aunt suffers with wheat intollerance, she has a little book which she got from the Ceoliac Society which lists 1000s of foods which are wheat and gluton free:) . She calls it her bible....lol

Take a look at this link......
