hiya

got horrid big cold/flu at the moment and since yesterday evening ive been coughing so hard it feels like im going to be sick.

I REALLY REALLY hate being sick - not cos of how it feels exactly, more cos i associate it with having a panic attack and so my anxiety tends to kick in whenever it happens.

so now im getting all worked up cos i dont want it to happen and its making me really twitchy.

any advice?

I hate being sick as well, but try to do deep breathing when this happens(not easy when your coughing I know) and I am sure when you feel better the feeling will go.sending you hugs.:hugs: :hugs: :hugs:
