HI There,

I have been having lots of returns of Symptoms lately,

Things like,

Aches and Pains in the Muscles, Depression,
Tense Head and Neck, Fear of Swallowing,
Feeling that some thing is going to happen, don't know what.

The thing is, I now have started to Shout and Swear back to it.
It seems to relieve some of the Tensions.

My Husband say's, ( Who are you talking to )

I shout back, ( I'm shouting to my self )
Sure he thinks i'm going Mad now.

Really wanted to know if any of you get Angry with the Symptoms
and shout with Frustration when they show them selves.

Oh Penny are you sure you weren't spying on me today lol.
Only about four hours ago i was washing up and starting to feel the start of a panic attack and was shouting at myself lol. Glad i was on my own at the time. So the answer is yep i do that, so no you aren't going mad :D.
Take care
Tracy

Hi Penny,

Me too. My hubby just looks at me in a questioning way![:P]

I also shout at things that get on my nerves.

I think shouting at the symptoms stops you being frightened by them.
Sounds a better option than thinking 'oh no!' or 'Something terrible is gonna happen'

Picture me outside school picking my kids up. Stamping my feet and stroking the wall to get rid of the DP/DR and shouting 'just **** off'

They r coming to take me away ha ha hee hee hoho
