swaying

You know how people feel as if they are on a boat and swaying and the ground feels unstable, has anybody had that feeling in their head as if their head is swaying even though it is still.

Yes, i get this all the time especially when i am tired or worrying about something, i feel like i am going to fall over, but somehow i always manage to stay upright and nobody else seems to notice so i think it is probably anxiety causing it and not something physical.
It does seem worse the more i worry about it, so i try to except it as just another anxiety symptom until it eases,

Yes. I know what you mean.

For two weeks i had this from the minute i got up to the minute i laid down at night. I would have to stand with my legs apart to keep my balance.

inner ear problems can cause this too ,
i think alot of us have inner ear problems but dont know it and its difficult to catch.
