Hugs Please.

Well things are not getting any better.:weep:
Went to the doctors for a check on my heart yesterday,as i am convinced i have a heart complaint.

This is an on going thought that i can't get out of my head,and has been going on for years now.:weep:Every little pain or twinge i get in my chest its OMG there is something wrong with my heart.

My anxiety is through the roof,my depression is cronic,had thoughts of ending it all last night,don't know whats stopped me.

Then to top it all had a row with partner and have not spoken to each other since yesterday afternoon.

Well this morning still no conversation between us and he has now gone out and i am in a state of panic cause i am on my own.
Thoughts going through my head what if this happens to me,what if i have a heart attack etc etc.

Looks like i am going to have another c**p day.

So please can you give me some hugs,as i sure do need them right now.:weep:

It's a cliche but taking things a day at a time really does help. I hope you and your partner are now talking again.
