I have this funny thing that happens when i get really anxious, sometimes when i exercise, or if i'm really lucky just out of the blue! My abdomen does a little flip and the air rushes out of my throat, i dont always get the flip, just the rush sometimes. please say i'm not the only one who does, i've tried looking it up online but can't find anything like it, and ended up googling sudden death syndrome then even though it doesn't mention it, got myself in a tiz! xx
