I'm Liz and currently caring for my elderly mum who has been having panic attacks for the last few months.

If anyone else is in the same position I would love to hear from you. In the meantime any words of wisdom and advice would be greatly received. I have left a posting in the Citalopram section.

You'll get loads of advice and support here while making new friends along the way. The best thing to combat panic attacks with is knowledge so you might want to print some of the information off from this site to show your mum.
