Hi all,
Just wondered if anyone uses Bedford House in Southampton?
I'm thinking about going next year to do some courses. Probably art or pottery, something like that. Would be cool to say hi to anyone that goes there.
Also to hear what people think of it and what has been useful. It will be a big thing for me due to my anxiety and social phobia but I'm hoping it will help me challenge that.
