Hi there. I've suffered to a lesser and greater degree with social anxiety, since my early twenties.
Though in many respects I'm confident and happy about my life now, I do still struggle with tremors and sometimes panic attacks, when it comes to introductions and entrances in social situations.
I work on it every day though and refuse to let it get the best of me.
