I have been using 5-htp 100mg then up to 200mg, but i am now finding i cannot sleep, i am not sure if it is just me or maybe the 5-htp. I have been thinking of trying Rhodiola rosea, what do you think, how long would it take to work?. I have only been taking 5-htp for about a week.
