Travelling

I just had to share that I've been abroad for the past 6 days visiting family and in-laws in the run up to Christmas. Yes, I flew there and back, ate out in restaurants 3 times, ate in all the other nights with various family members. I visited a very ill relative in a huge hospital and hardly any anxiety. I'm now back feeling more confident than ever so hope it'll last :blush:
