It's my birthday night and have just crashed to the bottom of pit yet again after a period of doing reasonably well:weep: Did see a friend last night but couldn't summon up much cheer unfortunately
could do with some hugs:hugs:as in a dodgy state of depression
thankyou this site is good, reading about others situations and health tips
but at moment just trying to stop myself from harming and other thoughts

Hi Richie,

It's always good to see people-even when they are having a bad day-doing something positive about their problems,i.e. starting a thread about the subject.
I'm just home,having had a rough evening at work,preceeded by a rough day at home.The reason-oil man didn't appear this morning and I had to wait at home,frustrated all day.The result of this was that I let my head take me places I know I shouldn't go.
Yours was the first thread I opened tonite and it has helped me get some perspective on my day.
