Hi all,

I just thought I'd run this idea past you and see what you think. Once every couple of months we have bingo night instead of quiz in the chat room. Those who want to play sign up beforehand and their game card is then sent via pm. On the night we play for a full house and to make things interesting have a small prize.

What do people think?

Take care,

Mike :)

It would help if people were able to print their bingo cards off so is this a problem for anyone let us know

Cheers Mike for the suggestion.

If people haven't got a printer they could write their playing card down on a piece of paper so I don't think this would be a problem. You just have to be careful that you write it down correctly.

I thought I would bring this post back to people's attention again to see if there is any interest.

I have found some online sites tonight that generate bingo cards so I could send these to people to print off and those that can't print them off then I can send them via post if need be.

There are a few ways we can play this:

Free to play (we play 5 games maybe) and it is just for fun
Free to play and I will donate some small amounts of money to spend in the online shop
People pay £1 to enter and the prize fund is then divided between the winners of the 5 games. Obviously depending on how many enter will determine the prize fund but if 15 people paid £1 then each game would win £3.
Any thoughts?

I would be interested in Bingo Nic, im addicted to Bingo Night Live on TV.. (haven't won anything yet though..lol)

If you did it weekly you could post or print the cards and the same cards could be used every week, rather than scribble the number out we could use something to cover the numbers up.

PS. is there a law about Bingo /gambling though if people are under 18? Dont want you getting into trouble.

Love

Never thought of that lol.

It wouldn't be a weekly thing - maybe a monthly one for a change to the usual quiz night.

Hi All:hugs:

Its not illegal for under 18s to play bingo as long as its not for cash so a candle or a ted would be fine as a prize

A prize would still have monetary value so it might be considered gambling. That is a good point.
Maybe we could instead be able to put Bingo champ of the Month by the member's name like shows up when a member has the highest score in a game on the site?
Is that even possible??
Bingo does sound fun tho :)
